Chart notes
QUIETLINE sat off the early pace, waited for a clear path inside near the quarter pole, tipped two wide for the drive, roused forward to engage the top pair near the furlong marker, dueled between gamely, edged ahead late and held firm. TIME TO SING tracked the top pair into the turn, loomed up in hand at the quarter pole, came four wide into the upper stretch, vied three deep for the lead in the final furlong and lacked closing kick. CASH'S PAL set a pressured pace into the turn, took on the challenge of TIME TO SING near the quarter pole, vied inside a duo a furlong out and flattened late. HELADO pressed the early pace, remained in contention around the turn then flattened in the drive. MULTIFACTOR raced off the early pace, chased two wide around the turn, continued near the inside down the lane and lacked a needed rally. GENERAL PICKETT raced up close in opening stages, failed to progress under pressure around the turn and steadily faded.
