MOONLIT WEEKEND was urged along well off the pace, moved from the two path to the four path on the turn, rallied late on that bend, closed strongly to get the lead in upper stretch, shook clear into the final furlong, remained clear under a drive into the final sixteenth and held under strong urging. MARGAUX TREASURE dropped well behind while completely void of speed, saved ground on the turn, gained along the rail into the stretch, moved out under a left-handed crop while remaining on her left lead inside the three-sixteenths pole, switched to a right-handed crop at the furlong marker and finished fast on her inside lead to the finish but was too late while clear for the place. SCARLET'S DREAM tracked the pace on the outside, gained leaving the backstretch, made a bid in the three path outside the three-eighths pole, took the lead while still in the three path outside the quarter-pole, lost the advantage to the winner while under a drive in upper stretch, dropped back into the final furlong and weakened but was well clear for the show. DAT DARES RIGHT was restless in the gate, made light contact with a foe at the start, showed speed on the inside of a rival, moved clear passing the nine-sixteenths pole, vied inside on the turn, was asked outside the five-sixteenths pole, lost the advantage outside the quarter-pole, turned into the stretch under the crop and tired. BELLA VOCE bumped lightly with a rival at the start, showed speed on the outside of a foe, was taken under a hold inside the three-quarter pole then wrestled back off the pace outside the nine-sixteenths pole, was put to urging shortly thereafter, chased in the two path on the turn, dropped back late on that bend and capitulated.
