Chart notes
TAMARA MINE away alertly and eased off the leaders to take a tracking trip from just off the rail entering the backstretch, set sail after the dueling leaders three wide between rival approaching the final turn, continued two wide through the turn while holding a narrow advantage, held a clear lead into the lane, and held PINEAPPLE TIDBITS safely at bay late to prove best. PINEAPPLE TIDBITS away well and was taken in hand and allowed to settle off the early pace while racing one out from the rail entering the backstretch, rallied smartly two wide through the final turn, and closed gamely from between rivals three wide in deep stretch to get up for the place. BAKBURNER rushed up to vie for the lead from along the rail entering the first turn, set a pressured pace from the inside of VALERIE VALESKI in the run down the backside, was overtaken entering the final turn, but battled gamely through the final furlong while finishing one out from the rail in the drive to garner a share. PRINCESS ALESKA stalked the dueling leaders into the backstretch while racing two out from the rail, mounted a three wide bid entering the final turn, and finished evenly five wide in the drive. BAKZONE unhurried early while trailing the field into the backstretch, commenced her bid two wide entering the final turn, and finished one out from the rail in the drive. VALERIE VALESKI broke sharply and dueled for the lead two wide entering the backstretch, continued to force the issue from the outside of BAKBURNER in the run down the backside, struggled to keep tabs on her pace rival nearing the final turn, and weakened over the final furlong.
