Chart notes
KONAWA sped off to a clear lead down the backside, widened the advantage on the turn, drifted out through the lane and held the runner-up safe. FIRE IN MY SUL hopped at the start, settled into stride to track the pacesetter into the turn from four wide, continued a steady advance racing wide into the stretch, angled inside the drifting winner in the lane and was gaining late in the lane. KYE broke wide, straightened away to be rated in mid-pack to midway on the turn and made a grinding rally to be along for the show. CAJUN MOVIESTAR slow early to be the trailer and made a steady gain from far back to just miss the show. GOLDEN CITY STREET unhurried in the early going to be well off the pace and made a late bid in the lane. RANGO passed tiring rivals. GET THE BOSS showed brief speed down the backside and tired on the bend. ROYAL IRISH chased the leaders for a half and faded. KEYS GOLDEN SONG drifted into the gap leaving the gate, straightened up to be in early contention and came up empty.
