Chart notes
SAY IT NICELY broke on top, cleared and angled to the inside, set the pace and held firm around the turn, cut the corner turning for home, roused for more, responded, dug in under right handed pressure and finished clear. KNIGHT COMMANDER was forwardly placed through the backstretch, hustled along two wide into the head of the lane, continued in striking distance into the final furlong but could not reach the game winner. WHISKEY WEDNESDAY tracked the pace into the turn, hustled along just off the inside entering the lane, sustained a steady bid into final stages and outdueled rival for show. SECRET BLARNEY chased the top pair in early stages, hustled along three wide around the turn, ran on three to four wide down the lane and got edged late for show. DISCREET INVASION raced in the back, swung two to three wide into the upper stretch and had no response. SARAH'S BOY BLUE raced in the last flight and never going.
