Chart notes
GOIN' SOUTH bobbled at the start then was reserved off the pace while racing three-wide, responded when asked and was up in the final sixteenth. RED LEADER dueled with HARBOR CANDY for the lead from along the inside, shook that one off late but was unable to resist the winner in a game effort. F B I BOB was allowed to settle while racing three-wide, angled out nearing the sixteenth pole and finished strongly. KISS THE TIGER saved ground track the pace, slipped through entering the stretch but lacked the needed late response. HARBOR CANDY dueled with RED LEADER into the stretch and weakened slightly late. SLEW O' MISCHIEF broke in to bump BIG CROWD then was allowed to settle, came five-wide into the stretch and failed to menace. BIG CROWD was bumped hard and carried in by SLEW O'MISCHIEF at the start then dropped well back and trailed.
