Chart notes
MIDNIGHT AMBITION unhurried in the early going to be the trailer onto the backside, steadily gained ground down the backstretch, saved ground early on the far turn, tipped out splitting rivals on the bend to move into contention, split rivals again in upper stretch under a drive and prevailed late determinedly. BRADY tracked the leaders racing behind a wall of three onto the backstretch while under stout restraint, lost position on the far turn, rallied down the lane between rivals following the winner through the same opening a finished well for the place. STAYINYOURLANE stalked the pace from three wide to the far turn, rallied under an early drive to be prominent and continued to grind down the lane unable to gain on the winner. TRAVELLER pressed the pace down the backstretch, continued to battle on the lead through the final turn from two wide, dueled with the leaders to the sixteenth pole and was outkicked late. STEELER MISCHIEF set the pace on a clear lead through the first turn, came under pressure duwling from the half mile pole ti mid-stretch and finally gweakened inside the sixteenth pole in a game effort. RISEN SAVIOR trailed most of the way and failed to mount a closing kick.
