Chart notes
KIDDIE HOLIDAY was off the pace, had a mild gain on the turn and from the three path at the top of the stretch rallied in time. ERNIE'S MARTINI was in mid pack, had a good position on the turn and from the five path at the top of the stretch finished well. PAPERBACK HERO stalked the early leader and had a slim lead on the turn but gave way late. PALACE PRINCE was unhurried early and raced evenly on the turn but from the five path at the top of the stretch had no late kick. WILBERFORCE was away alertly but headed midway through the turn and from the three path at the top of the stretch had nothing left. CUPID'S CLAWS was well back and saved ground on the turn but was no threat. CLASSY WHISPER settled off the pace, showed little and was never a threat. GUS'S GAMBLE was hustled from the inside but chased on the turn and dropped back through the stretch.
