Chart notes
PARTY AT THE BEACH set the pace on a well rated, clear lead down the backstretch, responded when engaged on the turn and finished gamely repelling all challengers coming home. FROZEN FOUR stalked the pace from the fence to the far turn, was well held along the rail waiting for racing room, cut the corner turning for home and finished with a good bid up the fence while unable to pass the winner. MOHTAFIL unhurried in the early going to be the trailer while racing wide in the clear down the backside, remained patiently at the rear through the final bend, angled five wide for the drive and finished willingly. I'M NO ANGEL prompted the pace for a half, gradually closed the gap to be prominently placed at the quarter pole, could not get passed the winner and weakened inside the final eighth. CHASING KITTY reserved off the pace racing three wide, made a mild four wide rally on the final turn and failed to sustain the bid fid finishing evenly. OVERTIME CHARLIE raced mid-pack early, faded to the rear of the field and was not a factor.
