Chart notes
LUCCI tracked the leaders into the turn, rallied four wide to engage the pacesetter in upper stretch and closed well to prevail in the final sixteenth. MOR SPRING SPIRIT set the pace on a wel measured lead, responded willingly dueling the winner through the stretch, was outkicked late and was clearly second best. BRADITUDE stalked the pace to be well placed in striking distance at the head of the lane and kept-on evenly unable to mount a closing rally. PRACTICALITY reserved off the pace in the early going, ranged up on the turn and flattened in the lane finishing evenly unable to sustain the rally. THE CONNECTOR was not a threat. SHORTY MAC prompted the pace from three wide to the quarter pole and weakened in the stretch.
