Chart notes
SPYING settle along the fence off the pace through the first turn, steadily gained from between rivals down the backside, saved ground angling in on the final bend to be tucked behind the leaders, angled to the three path splitting rivals turning for home to engage the leader, brushed with that on as the pacesetter drifted out down the lane and asserted herself in the final sixteenth in a determined drive. KISS ME AGAIN unhurried in the early going to trail for a half, sept up five wide to take the lead on the far turn, angled to the inside in upper stretch, drifted out brushing the winner inside the eighth pole when challenged and was outkicked by that one in the final sixteenth. PALACE LIGHTS tracked the leaders from mid-pack to midway on the far turn, followed the move of the winner leaving the quarter pole to rally well in upper stretch looming at the eighth pole and flattened out late in the drive while best of the rest. CAIRNHILL set the pace on a clear lead for five-eighths and faded when challenged on the final bend. MAURYA stalked the pace from three wide down the backstretch, was well placed between horses into the far turn, steadied in traffic on the bend, dropped from contention and weakened coming home. SWIFT TEASE raced mid-pack to the three-eighths pole, was in tight nearing the turn, backed out of contention and was not a factor from there.
