KAELY'S SISTER had good speed from the start, stalked JUMPIN JUDY through the turn, cruised to the lead at quarter pole but found a resilient foe, edged clear in mid stretch only to have to hold off SASSI STRUTTER in the final yards to prevail. SASSI STRUTTER steadied when bothered by JUMPIN JUDY at the break, then was a little slow into stride then moved up to track on the outside of the second flight, bid four wide into the stretch and responded to strong handling and urging and finished well but could not reel in the winner. BLAZE ON settled inside at the back of the field, finished evenly up the rail. JUMPIN JUDY broke in and made contact with SASSI STRUTTER, seized the lead from the break, set the pace with KAELY'S SISTER pressing the issue to the outside, dug in when challenged by that rival late on the turn, dueled into deep stretch before giving grudgingly way late. BET TOWINIT raced mid-pack inside, loomed a threat at the top of the stretch but could not find the winning kick when needed. BOX OF PICTURES outrun from the break, was kept to task and still last turning for home and could not improve. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
