Chart notes
MISCHIEVOUS BRIA broke on top and held a slim lead past the half mile marker, vied outside of INCA STROLL entering the turn, shook free turning for home, came two wide into the upper stretch, roused for more, responded willingly, widened to a clear advantage, tapped twice in the final furlong and finished going away. AINTNOSHAKIN KID raced in range along the inside, ran on evenly around the turn, cut the corner and hustled up entering the upper stretch, sustained bid along the rail down the lane finished second best. INCA STROLL forced the pace up the backstretch, dueled outside of the eventual winner around the turn, could not match strides turning for home, ran on and lasted for show. HARD SPIRITS was sluggish away from the gate and trailed in the opening quarter, saved ground and hustled up along the rail at the head of the lane, tipped out two then three wide, showed interest in closing stages but was too late for impact. ANCHORS AND SPURS sat off the early pace, edged closer four wide mid-way around the turn then gave way. MIND YOUR MO was forwardly placed racing just off the top pair, sustained run around the turn then retreated in the lane.
