Chart notes
BAXTER raced in range along the outside in the opening quarter, crept closer four wide late on the turn, raced in striking distance three paths wide going by the furlong marker, came under right handed pressure, responded and drew clear. ANTE MERIDIEM pressed the early pace, vied around the turn, battled on gamely holding a slight edge a furlong out, continued to put in a good effort but could not hold off the winner late. STEELY EYE was forwardly placed in the opening quarter, vied around the turn, fought back racing into the stretch, raced in aim for the lead past teh furlong marker then yielded late. BURN INDY BURN raced off the early speed, came under a ride along the outside around the turn, swung four paths wide into the upper stretch and had a mild improve. EDGY LOVER raced off the early pace, coaxed three wide into the stretch and lacked a needed rally. GOLD JERRY led the way in the opening quarter, lost command but continued in range along the rail around the the turn then weakened in the lane. RED KINGDOM raced in the back, saved ground and failed to move into contention. MEEKER bobbled a step awkwardly at the start, chased briefly inside then steadily faded.
