KISSED A CADET rated off the front runners in early stages, let out a notch and quickly advanced to engage the top pair three wide approaching the quarter pole, raced four paths wide into the upper stretch, sat in aim for the lead into the final furlong, came under strong right handed encouragement, dug in and edged clear late. VIRTUE'S REWARD pressed the pace through the backstretch, vied for the lead between rivals at the quarter pole, fought on gamely and got denied late. MO LUTE tracked the early pace, waited patiently two wide behind a trio late on the turn, angled to the rail at the head of the lane, lacked adequate room but squeezed way through along the rail, bumped into RED ROMANCE and caused rival to check sharply late. RED ROMANCE set a pressured pace, vied going by the quarter pole, continued to battle for the lead near the inside, got squeezed aside and bumped into when MO LUTE skimmed way up the rail and checked sharply late. BAND'S FREE SPIRIT raced off the early pace, saved ground then hustled along four wide into the upper stretch and had a mild improve without threatening. MY RAPHA raced in range up the backstretch, lost the rein briefly approaching the mid-way point around the turn, lost momentum, came three wide into the stretch and had no late response. HOOKED ON DREAMS raced off the pace, hustled along two wide into the upper stretch and failed to move on. BETTER THAN GOOD raced just off midpack in early stages, saved ground around the turn and weakened in the lane. STUMPY'S LOVE SONG raced in or near the back, swung wide into the stretch and never menaced. AFTER THE RUNNING STEWARDS POSTED INQUIRY AND THE RIDER OF RED ROMANCE CLAIMED FOUL AGAINST MO LUTE, AFTER REVIEW STEWARDS FOUND MO LUTE GUILTY OF LACKING RACING ROOM ALONG THE RAIL, HE WAS DISQUALIFIED FROM THIRD AND PLACED FOURTH FOR INTERFERENCE
