Chart notes
DARK DANGER was unopposed setting a wind aided soft pace down the backside, continued to roll along comfortably throughout the turn, spurted away with ease in upper stretch and coasted home for the win under only mild urging. CAPTIVATING NAME drafted behind the frontrunner, sitting on the fence down the backside, came under a ride three furlongs remaining trying to keep pace around the oval saving all the ground, dug in on the fence in mid-stretch and got the better of the outside foe nearing the wire to best the rest in the end. SOUPER EFFECT hounded the frontrunner outside in the beginning, chased through the turn but could not gain on the pacesetting leader, was no match for the winner turning for home and just faded in deep stretch to lose the battle for the place share. ITS IN THE CARDS co-trailed this compact group three deep outside, offered a mild move around foes three wide midway through the bend, shifted to the four path at the top of the lane and finished up one paced to the wire. ARMINO stumbled on the break, stalked in the back trio between rivals in the two path in the beginning, regressed slightly around the bend while being scrubbed on with rivals on each side, shifted out to the five path for the drive to the wire but had no rally outside.
