SHARP AS DAMASCUS broke back, moved up to race closest to the dueling leaders off the inside, asked along far turn, three wide bid into the lane, long drive to the wire, proved narrowly best under firm handling. LINCOLNS BRISKET dueled inside, continued to alternated up front the middle quarter, edged away briefly from the other speed before being confronted by the winner, second duel inside that one to the wire, narrowly missed in a game effort. WRISTBAND fell back to trail, continued to lack speed up the backstretch, displayed some belated interest to gain the show while closing the gap on the top pair late. BROADWAY APPEAL away in good order, dueled up front off the inside, first to blink in the second turn, continued to weaken through the stretch. LEGEND'S JOURNEY went one paced throughout in lacking a closing response. ZIM'S TRANS AM stumbled at the start, was finished early in remaining back throughout.
