Chart notes
OVERLOAD chased the pace into the stretch, rallied three wide under left handed urging to make the lead inside the furlong marker and edged clear late under strong handling. SPIN DOCTOR never far back, had a mild late rally two wide and finished second best inside the winner. MARVIN'S EXPRESS trailed into the stretch and found his best stride late in the six path. ROSCO P. COLTRANE allowed to settle, moved up three wide entering the turn then came up empty. BAD BOY BOOGIE sprinted to a daylight lead soon after the start, set the pace until mid stretch, shortened stride and drifted while tiring. ATTACK ANGLE saved ground, began to rally along the rail through mid stretch, was shut off by the drifting pacesetter late and checked to the wire.
