Chart notes
NEW KING , off a bit slow after breaking inward and bumping with BOLD DIVERSION, recovered and accelerated between foes to take over and then clear past the five eighths, set a rated pace two wide, handled outside threats past the five sixteenths, opened up after being put to brisk urging in upper stretch then held firm while coasting through the final yards. BOLD DIVERSION , bumped at the break, pulled his way forward then steadied briefly near the half, eased out, worked between runners nearing mid stretch and kept on gamely to earn the place. RAPIDITY , away with speed along the inner rail, rated off the winner near the five eighths, stayed in touch around the turn, slipped though along the inside with a run past the three sixteenths, failed to sustain and faded late. STRAIGHT TO WATER drafted back off the early pace while four wide, gained four wide outside rivals mid turn, forced the issue into the stretch, lacked a punch with a furlong remained and faded. ADDY'S LADDY T N T prompted the pace three wide, bid between foes mid turn, pressed to upper stretch then weakened.
