Chart notes
GREY STORM was well placed sitting just off the embattled top flight up the backstretch, was ridden along four wide late on the turn, swung five wide into the drive, responded willingly under a drive and drew clear. LIL SCREECHER advanced to engage BRAHMS IMAGE for the lead strides out of the gate, continued to race in aim for the lead going past the half mile marker, dueled inside a trio around the turn, dug in gamely turning for home, held a slim lead going by the furlong marker then got overtaken late. STRIKE RIDGE was briefly restless in the gate, advanced after opening stages to duel for the lead, continued to battle three wide between late on the turn, remained in contention a furlong out then evened out. BRAHMS IMAGE stumbled at the start but still managed to break on top, quickly challenged for the lead, remained two wide in aim up the backstretch, dueled between foes around the turn, ran on two wide into the final furlong then yielded late. MISCHIEVOUS M moved up after opening stages and vied for the early lead, battled on four deep around the turn then tired in the drive.
