Chart notes
RICHIESINTHEHOUSE was well rated on a well measured pace in hand, kicked clear when called upon in the lane and was never seriously threatened. LIGHTNING CHARLIE tracked the leader into the turn from the fence, cut the corner in tight quarters turning for home and rallied willingly along the rail in the lane while unable to cut into the winner's margin. SUMMERFEST unhurried early to trail, circled five wide on the turn to be prominent in mid-stretch and finished well while outkicked for the place. ERLAN reserved off the pace down the backside, was called upon early on the turn and showed some mild interest while failing to have an impact. YADI prompted the pace to the turn, chased the pacesetter in a drive through the turn and faded in the stretch. OSPREY was well placed stalking the pace from the fence on the backstretch, dropped back on the turn and was never a threat from there.
