Chart notes
MILLARD'S SMILE broke a bit slow then settled well off the early pace, moved up between runners into the far turn then angled out with momentum, circled five wide and took aim on the embattled leaders soon into the lane, rolled past from the outside near mid stretch then eagerly widened while kept alert. EUCLID AVENUE , brushed and in close at the break, regrouped and moved early four wide and outside rivals to take over into the backstretch, pulled his way clear and set the pace off the rail, was joined from both sides nearing the five sixteenths, battled on to mid stretch, was no match for the winner but held well to be clear of the rest. MON AMI FUZZIE , brushed with EUCLID AVENUE at the break, vied into the first turn then rated back off the leaders soon into the backstretch, bid three deep leaving the three eighths, dueled, fought on between foes near mid stretch then faded. REGIMENTAL was getting out when taking over and clearing around the first turn, corrected and rated off EUCLID AVENUE in early backstretch, tracked before re engaging along the rail nearing the five sixteenths, disputed the issue to mid stretch then weakened. DANVILLE , five wide early, lost ground four wide through the backstretch run and failed to respond. BOLDISH stumbled at the break, regrouped and saved ground, angled out near the far turn, shifted back in chasing into the stretch then tired.
