CHAPARRITA vied for the early lead, shook free and held clear around the turn, came three wide into the upper stretch, widened under confident handling, came under a ride leaving the furlong marker, sustained a clear margin and wrapped up approaching the wire. SCOOT ALONG got brushed at the start and raced in the back, hustled along three wide around the turn, sustained good response down the lane and made some headway on the winner. FULL SPIRIT tracked the early pace, was ridden along three wide around the turn, came five paths wide into the head of the lane and ran on for a share. MS. HILLARY raced in range heading into the turn, came under a ride two wide at the head of the lane and failed to kick on. LONG MAY SHE RUN chased in range in early stages, flattened to last around the turn, cut the corner entering the upper stretch and lacked a needed rally. BEREA pressed the early pace, chased around the turn then tired in the drive.
