JULLIAN IN PARIS was unhurried early, began moving forward nearing the three-eighths pole while four-wide, caught NO ORDINARY TIGER nearing the eighth pole, dueled with that one to the wire and proved narrowly nest. NO ORDINARY TIGER saved ground setting the pace, responded when challenged and held on gamely to lose a tough decision. PURE CANE SUGAR was reserved off the pace while racing two-wide, came three-wide into the stretch then offered a bold bid nearing the eighth pole nut was unable to sustain his rally. CAPIAT was off a step slow then saved ground while being allowed to settle, came two-wide into the stretch but was unable to sustain his rally. ACERO dropped back early while saving ground, lacked room briefly nearing the seven-sixteenths pole the angled pout to be four-wide and finished willingly. FIRST ENDEAVOR saved ground chasing NO ORDINARY TIGER early and weakened. BRUISER settled in the back of the field early, came five-wide into the stretch and failed to seriously threaten. BIG CROWD was off a step slow then moved up to prompt NO ORDINARY TIGER early while racing two-wide and tired.
