CAPTIVATED DRAMA sped to the lead at the start and angled closer to the inside, set the pace and held firm around the turn, saved ground entering the upper stretch, was shaken up for the drive, had more left in the tank and kept clear under firm handling. PERMAFROST stalked the leader up the backstretch, continued just off rival around the turn, given cue two wide in the upper stretch, ran on with good response but could not catch the winner and had to settle for second best. FLIPPING FISH tracked the top pair racing between foes up the backstretch, flattened late on the turn, churned on down the lane and regained a share. SHOULDABOUGHTDABAR raced in contention and chased along the inside, was ridden along two wide going by the quarter pole, ran on into the upper stretch then came up empty and lost show late. KOSARI raced in range sitting near the second flight up the backstretch, raced four then three deep into the turn, had no response when called upon and faded through the lane.
