NORTHERNREFLECTION came away well then sat off the early pace battle, came under a ride from the half-mile pole, did not make much headway on the leaders through the turn, found a seam at the three-sixteenths pole, went clear under strong handling and went unchallened to the finish. SARAH'S VISION tracked between horses in the second flight, responded when asked to go after the leaders after passing the half, got an inside path through the turn, then finished up well under strong handling, but could not go with the winner late. GOTMY MO JO WORKIN was sent from the break and gained the lead and inside position in the early stages, was being pressed by a trio of rivals to the outside then put some distance on them through the turn, dug in under several threats in the stretch then weakened inside the sixteenth and was outfinshed by the top pair. KAJUN KARMA pressed three wide through the early stages, then was under pressure from the quarter pole and lacked a late kick. BIRTHDAY PARTY prompted the pace two deep in a four-horse early pace scramble, was still in contention for the lead at the top of the stretch then ran out of gas approaching the furlong grounds. GALLANT STAR chased behind the main pack, then finished one-paced and was not able to improve. ALLEVA pressed the early pace five wide, raced wide through the turn still near the front then weakened in the stretch. STATE OF THE UNION raced mid-pack three to four wide and did not respond to urging. AFFIRM CHIEF raced near the back was always three to five wide and did not threaten. BOULDERING was always behind, did not respond to urging on the turn and was eased up in the final furlong to the wire and walked off.
