Chart notes
INNER HARBOR set the pace on a well rated, clear lead, maintained a comfortable margin when called upon for the drive and held the closers safe in a well handled ride. BEACH KITTEN reserved off the pace racing along the rail, saved ground through the bend, cut the corner turning for home and came on with a steady rally through the lane to gain the place. THE PRINCESS SAYS stalked the pace through the turn to be well placed, drifted out turning for home and kept trying down the lane to narrow the margin late. CALTHA tracked the leaders to the top of the lane and lacked a closing kick in the stretch. FLAT DISCOUNT shuffled to the rear in the opening strides, rallied five wide into the turn and flattened out at the top of the lane. LUCKY ANA hustled early to show brief speed chasing the pace and was through early.
