Chart notes
ROMAN EMPRESS chased from inside, fell out of range on the turn, came three wide into the stretch, rallied into contention at the eighth pole, kicked clear of outer pair with a sixteenth remaining and held safely late. CHOLLIMA bumped inner rival at the steart, traveled near the back three deep into the turn, came four wide into the stretch, drifted inward in the lane and finished well to earn second. SUPERSONIC FLYER dueled inside IRISH PRANCER to the turn, drifted out around the bend and lost command, regained the lead in upper stretch, fought into the final furlong, yielded into deepstretch and flattened to third. QUEEN OF THE TRACK stalked off the rail, angled inside the top pair and challenged at the three-eighths pole, drifted into the lane, lost command in upper stretch, fought to the eighth pole and weakened. RICKELLE bumped leaving the gate, tracked four wide into the turn, spun six wide into the lane and failed to rally. GETAWAY CHARM got squeezed back early, took the turn two wide and failed to menace. DANCE KID traveled along the inside at the back into the turn, hugged the rail to the stretch and was never a factor. IRISH PRANCER challenged for command from outside, got floated out by SUPERSONIC FLYER early on the turn, lost touch with the top pair with three furlongs remaining and weakened down the lane. POINT AND SHOOT raced widest at the back early, exited the backstretch in the four path, came six wide into the lane and was never a factor.
