Chart notes
GLAD VON D raced four wide in aim for the early lead, vied going by the quarter pole, moved back up to engage JACKIE SPARROW near mid-stretch, took over the lead at the sixteenth pole and edged away. JACKIE SPARROW vied for the early lead, continued to duel inside around the turn, shook free turning for home, held clear at the furlong marker, could not match strides with eventual winner near the sixteenth pole, ran on and secured second best. REULEAUX lacked early speed, swung wide into the drive and rallied for a share. LILLABET raced off the pressured top flight, made a move five paths wide near the quarter pole, shifted in a few paths down the lane and lost show late. DIXIE ONE raced off the early pace, was hard ridden along the rail around the turn and lacked a needed rally. ADDY UP vied two wide between rivals and tired in the drive. SWEET VIOLA raced in aim going by the half mile marker, vied at the quarter pole then faded in the lane. MORNING GLORY GOLD steadied in the backstretch and weakened, came three wide into the upper stretch and dropped back.
