Chart notes
OUR LAST CHANCE applied pace pressure to WEARACAP in the opening quarter, continued to force the issue into the turn, raced in aim two wide a furlong out, dug in gamely under left handed pressure, seized command approaching the sixteenth pole and held late. DAWSON'S STORM rated near midpack in early stages, was ridden along four wide late on the turn, swung five wide into the upper stretch, responded willingly when called upon, surged gamely in the final sixteenth and just missed. WILDATLANTICSTORM tracked the pace up the backstretch, was ridden along three wide going by the quarter pole, continued in contention into the upper stretch, sustained a three wide bid and prevailed for a share. WEARACAP set a pressured pace up the backstretch, continued with a slim lead over OUR LAST CHANCE into the stretch, got collared by the eventual winner approaching the sixteenth pole and gave way. ROCKIN THE DAD BOD raced off the early pace, roused for m ore mid-way around the turn, swung five wide into the upper stretch and failed to kick on. PALACE GUARD raced off the pace, was ridden along two to three wide into the lane and had no late response. MOLLIES ROCKET saved ground around the turn and never threatened.
