Chart notes
LA GIRVINA prompted the pace for a half mile, assumed command on the turn while rallying to engage the weakening pacesetter, kicked clear in upper stretch and drew off through the lane. WHISPERING SEA tracked the leaders from the fence down the backside, waited on the turn in traffic when caught behind the tiring leader, angled inide that one in mid-stretch finding racing room and surged up the rail to gain the place. LIZZIE BABY reserved off the pace to be the trailer down the backside, circled six wide on the turn rallying willingly and was outkicked for the place. HIGHLAND HOLIDAY stalked the leaders to the far turn, rallied four wide to prominence turning for home and finished evenly unable to sustain the bid. CANDY CAUSE failed to menace never posing a threat. ISLANDINTHESTREAM set a well rated pace under pressure to midway on the final turn and weakened giving way in the lane.
