Chart notes
GOSPEL TIZ GOT fractious in the post parade, broke in good order, stalked the pace three wide, raced in the second flight onto the backstretch, asked along soon after, remained three wide and under firm handling into the stretch, late push to be just up at the wire. OSAGE EXPRESS broke on top, set a pressured pace along the inside, continued to hold a narrow advantage the middle quarter, responded when challenged through the final turn, remained gamely involved down the stretch to miss. HOLY AMA pressed the runner up from the outside from the start, moved on equal terms with that one into the far turn, long duel to the wire, outnodded by that same rival to narrowly miss the place while between the top two at the wire. DIAMOND GAL settled off the pace, continued evenly throughout in lacking a serious closing response. SURE THING SAMURAI broke back, lacked speed throughout and failed to menace. MAMIE D broke in and steadied, remained back to be always outrun. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
