PRINCESS ALESKA broke sharply and raced to the lead from along the rail entering the stretch the first time, set a pressured pace from the inside of ANOTHERSUNNYDAY through the second turn and in the run down the backside, reclaimed a clear advantage entering the final turn, and held PINEAPPLE TIDBITS safely at bay late while drifting seven wide in deep stretch. PINEAPPLE TIDBITS away well and was allowed to settle off the early pace while saving ground at the rail through the stretch the first time, advanced midway down the backside to gain a striking position in the run to the final turn, took up the chase from along the rail through the turn, and finished two wide in the drive to prove easily second best. OSTRACIZE hopped at the start to get away awkwardly and settled at the back of the pack while racing three wide into the lane the first time, continued to bid her time off the early leaders in the run down the backside, angled in to commence her bid entering the final turn, and finished two wide in the drive to garner a share. ANOTHERSUNNYDAY stalked the pacesetter two wide entering the stretch the first time, rushed up to force the issue two wide entering the second turn, continued to force the issue to the final turn, but weakened over the final furlong. DON'TPASSTHEPEPPER away alertly and stalked the leaders through the second turn while saving ground at the rail, began to lose touch with the pacesetters in the run to the final turn, and failed to respond when called upon, while not being persevered with in the late stages. This race was originally hand timed and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
