BOLT FORTY FIVE sped to the lead soon after the start, vied inside of TEN DAYS LATER mid-way around the turn, shook free turning for home and kept clear. TEN DAYS LATER applied pace pressure to BOLT FORTY FIVE in early stages, vied outside of rival mid-way around the turn, could not match strides with the eventual winner turning for home but ran on with response and cleared second best. HUSKER BUTCH chased the top pair up the backstretch, coaxed two wide around the turn, sustained bid into the lane and cleared a share. LUCKY'S SECRET raced in the back, came four wide into the upper stretch and never threatened. GO THE DISTANCE chased the top pair up the backstretch, ran on near the inside around the turn then gave way.
