Chart notes
WINNING CHANCE broke alertly and established the early lead, held firm along the inside around the turn, cut the corner turning for home, responded willingly when called upon, widened to a commanding advantage and kept to task under steady encouragement. LADY CAPTAIN came away in good order and sat just off the top pair top, hustled along three wide into the upper stretch, sustained a solid bid for the eventual winner but had to settle for clearly second best. CHIRPY CHICKS lacked early speed and raced in the back, coaxed along the rail turning for home, showed response and gained a share. SUGAH DOWN was the closest pursuer of the leader entering the turn, ran on two wide past the quarter pole and gave way. HURRIKANE WARNING raced off the pace, was ridden three wide into the upper stretch and never threatened. ALLEN'S AGENDA chased near midpack along the inside and faded in the lane. DOTSERO failed to move into contention.
