Chart notes
SKY RAVEN broke sharply to take command immediately, was well rated setting a pressured pace under confident handling from the rail, kicked away under a hand ride in upper stretch and drew away as much best. PEPPER N MINT stalked the pacesetter from four wide into the turn, rallied steadily on the outside through the turn and finished willingly while no match for the winner. LUNAR SEAS pressed the pace to the quarter pole and weakened turning for home while running on in the lane to hold the show and be clearly best of the rest. TACTICAL EXPRESS reserved near the rear of the field and showed some interest with a late rally in the stretch. DIVINE GIFT tracked the leaders to the top of the lane and lacked a rally. PALMILLA'S BET failed to menace. BEAUTIFUL BREEZE was not a threat. MOLLYS CREED was put to an early drive shortly from the gate to keep contact with the field, was unable to do so and was outrun.
