Chart notes
CERTAIN reared at the start giving the field a six length head start, recovered to quickly narrow the margin without being rushed, rallied turning for home while steadily advancing five wide and was along in time as much the best. CALL ME LATER set the pace on a clear lead while well managed on the front end, kicked away at the head of the lane and was run down by the winner late in the drive. SAN COSTANTINO tracked the leaders from three wide to the top of the stretch and failed to mount a closing rally. AQUITANIA ARRIVAL prompteed the pacesetter into the bend and weakened leaving the five-sixteenths pole unable to keep pace. SILENT SUNDAY was one-paced failing to menace.
