Chart notes
MOON GATE came outward just after the start, went to the front then showed the away, controlled the action while inside on the turn, was asked in the two path into the stretch, drifted out when put to one crop of a left-handed crop near the three-sixteenths pole, switched to a right-handed crop outside the furlong marker and held under strong urging. LAST MANGO broke out then bumped a foe with her hindquarters, settled under some urging, dropped from the three path to the two path on the turn, swung out to the six path into upper stretch then moved out more and finished with good energy but was too late while clear for the place. SASSY SHENANIGANS was hustled from the gate, moved up under urging then was well placed just off the pace, was put back to urging late on the backstretch, chased in the two path through the turn, turned into upper stretch in the four path while under a drive and lacked the needed kick while able to get the show. LOLLIPOPS was hustled from the gate, stalked the pace on the outside then in the three path on the turn, was given her cue outside the five-sixteenths pole, drifted out in upper stretch and weakened. ROYAL EVENT moved in early then settled on the outside, was urged along late on the backstretch, traveled around the turn in the four path, spun into the stretch in the six path, moved in near the furlong marker and came up empty. MISS AMERICAN PIE stumbled in the hindquarters at the start and was off a bit slow, settled outside under some urging, was roused for more in the five path on the turn, dropped in outside the furlong marker and failed to rally. CDAKHAT (IRE) stumbled in the hindquarters at the start and was off a step slow, raced towards the rear under urging, saved ground on the turn and failed to respond.
