Chart notes
CROCODILEHUNTER was bumped hard after the start, settled off the pace, advanced to mid-pack up the backstretch, saved ground on the turn still gaining, bid inside taking command in upper stretch and drew away. LITE RANCHIN KID moved forward inside but off the fence to a narrow lead at the half forcing the pace under pressure, floated out leaving the turn, was overtaken in upper stretch, proved no match for the winner but was second best. CINCO MAJESTIC contested the pace from outside, raced mostly four to five wide, yielded in the stretch. FAYETTE WARRIOR settled inside at the rear, angled eight wide in the stretch, ran on and improved. MINISTER OF SOUL was forced in and bumped a rival after the start, settled outside at the back mostly five to six wide, swung eight deep for the drive, ran on. WARP RIDE vied between runners, was in a hair tight while dropping back into the turn, asked to keep pace about the five-sixteenths, faded thereafter. CITRUS BAY came in at the start, chased near mid-pack, dropped back three to four wide on the turn, was in a bit tight at the top of the stretch, had no late bid.
