Chart notes

TALKSALOT was reserved off the pace while racing two-wide, came four-wide into the stretch, angled further out nearing the eighth pole and finished fast to be up in the final strides. BROADWAY STAR was allowed to settle while racing two-wide, came four-wide into the stretch and finished strongly. IMELDA'S SAVER was three-wide racing in the middle of the field, came five-wide into the stretch and finished in a mild rally. KNOCKED OUT vied for the lead with CHIEF EXPRESS from along the inside and held on well during the drive in a steady effort. MISS LOUISE was off a step slow then unhurried, came three-wide into the stretch and rallied late from between horses. CHARLUCHE saved ground racing in the middle of the pace, rallied two-wide into the stretch then was forced to check nearing the sixteenth pole when FROSTED MIRACLE came in and finished willingly when clear. FROSTED MIRACLE chased the pace from along the inside, came three-wide entering the stretch then came in nearing the sixteenth pole and weakened. CHIEF EXPRESS vied for the early lead from along the outside and gave way. THE STEWARDS CONDUCTED AN INQUIRY INTO THE STRETCH RUN BUT AFTER VIEWING THE FILMS MADE NO CHANGE TO THE ORDER OF FINISH,
