Chart notes
SHANKINSTINE slow early to be well off the leading trio, rallied along the rail leaving the five-sixteenths pole, cut the corner at the top of the lane and kept coming along the rail to be up in time. CALIBRACHOA KID pressed the pace from five wide through the turn, continued to grind through the lane to take a late lead from eight wide and was caught in the shadow of the wire. EL DEAL ME ACES set a pressured pace on the inside of the dueling trio down the backside, edged away on the turn, drifted out turning for home and ran-on through the lane weakening inside the sixteenth pole. SAMURAI'S GRANDSON dueled on the lead from between horses through the turn and was the first to give way in upper stretch.
