Chart notes
MIKEALICIOUS went around most of the first turn in the two path then dropped to the rail, settled just off the pace, was roused along the rail at the seven-sixteenths pole then shifted to the two path, moved to the four path shortly thereafter then chased the leader, made a bid while carried into the eight path into the stretch, took the lead near the three-sixteenths pole, moved clear near the furlong marker then drifted in while put to a left-handed crop, was given one final pop of the crop outside the sixteenth-pole then was placed under a hand-ride to the finish while much the best. HERO'S MEDAL dropped back between horses after the start, moved from the three path to the rail on the first turn, was urged along while well behind on the backstretch, raced inside to the two path on the far turn, gained in the three path into upper stretch and secured the place. LEADING CONTENDER moved out into the first turn, went around that bend most of that bend in the three path then shifted to the four path, tracked the pace on the outside, gained to make a bid at the seven-sixteenths pole, vied in the three path on the turn, took the lead just inside the three-eighths pole, moved to the four path while under threat outside the quarter-pole, floated into the seven path entering the stretch then lost the advantage to the winner around the three-sixteenths pole, dropped back into the final furlong and weakened while well clear for the show. UNBRIDLED BOMBER dropped back between horses at the start then moved in, saved ground on the first turn, settled off the pace, was roused near the half-mile pole, moved from the two path to the three path early on the far turn then shifted to the five path, turned into the stretch in the eighth path and came up empty. CALL ME FAST established a forward position early, dropped from the four path to the three path on the first turn, showed the way down the backstretch, was asked in the two path early on the far turn then dropped to the rail, lost the advantage just inside the three-eighths pole, dropped back outside the quarter-pole and stopped then was eased but walked off.
