Chart notes
CUPID'S THUNDER saved ground around the first turn, stayed inside and stalked the leader up the backstretch, moved up in tandem with MR SWEETS mid-way around the far turn, cleared command at the head of the lane, widened advantage and held sway. I GOT A GUY raced off the pace along the outside, made a move late on the far turn, hustled along into the upper stretch, showed good response and closed the gap on the winner. MR. SWEETS stalked two wide up the backstretch, moved up in tandem with CUPIDS THUNDER mid-way around the far turn, could not move on with eventual winner at the head of the lane, weakened but remained well clear over the rest. WICKED PRINCE raced off the pace, saved ground throughout and had no response. JIMMY set the pace, got overtaken near the mid-way point around the final turn and retreated. PERSCRIPTURE raced in the back of the field, dropped back around the turn, eased up at the head of the lane and walked off.
