HANGOVER HEAVEN settled two to three wide at the tail of the field down the backstretch, went three wide into the far turn, tipped four wide nearing the five-sixteenths and commenced a bid to circle the field four to five wide moving powerfully into contention and getting carried briefly eight to nine wide at the quarter pole before straightened away and coming back inwards to the three path near the three-sixteenths, seized command just inside that station, then drew clear under a drive and was in hand in the late stages to the wire. FROGHOLLOWSUMMER broke out at the start bumping AMELIA into LIGHT THE MIRA, showed the way in hand along the inside, came under light coaxing near the quarter pole and took the inside route into upper stretch, got overhauled from command just inside the three-sixteenths, proved no match for the top one while keeping on to secure the place honors. FIFI LA FUME chased along the inside, got forced to steady near the quarter pole in traffic, then cut the corner roused into upper stretch and improved position and just missed for the place honors. MISS UPROAR chased two to three wide coming under coaxing at the five-sixteenths, angled five wide into upper stretch, offered up a bid, then weakened in the late stages. MIZTY FOG coaxed from the start, chased four then three wide under a ride from the five-sixteenths, went eight to nine wide into upper stretch, weakened in the late stages. SYL'S PLEASURE coaxed from the gate, chased two then three wide down the backstretch before tucking inside through the turn, came under urging at the five-sixteenths, went eight to nine wide into upper stretch and passed tired rivals. BLUE FOR YOU hustled away from the barrier, chased just off the inside under coaxing from the five-sixteenths, angled three to four wide at the head of the lane and tired. LIGHT THE MIRA got bumped at the start by AMELIA due to pressure from FROGHOLLOWSUMMER, chased three then two wide under encouragement from the five-sixteenths, spun three wide for home and tired in the stretch. GRACIE GIRL chased five paths off the inside down the backstretch and then three wide through the turn ridden along from the five-sixteenths, went seven wide into upper stretch and tired. AMELIA got bumped at the start by FROGHOLLOWSUMMER and in turn bumped LIGHT THE MIRA, chased just off the inside and then along the inside under coaxing from the five-sixteenths, spun just off the inside into upper stretch, tired, and was eased through the final furlong.
