Chart notes
ITALIAN SOIREE coaxed from the gate, chased along the inside patiently handled until set down spinning three wide into upper stretch, rallied to take command a sixteenth from home, then inched away to the finish in the late going. LAURICE bobbled at the break recovering outwards, chased just off the inside coming under coaxing near the quarter pole, swung four wide for home, offered up a mild kick to secure the place honors in the final strides to the wire. ABIENTOT broke in hitting the near side stall at the start, then got carried out slightly by LAURICE, chased two then three wide under encouragement from the five-sixteenths marker, angled six wide into upper stretch and offered up a mild kick. CLOE broke out at the start, pressed the pace of MAKE HASTE from the outside in the two path before advancing to duel two to three wide through the turn coming under a ride near the quarter pole, spun three wide into upper stretch taking over command, dug in under a drive and was collared a sixteenth from home, then weakened in the very late stages. GATA BRAZIL chased just off the inside coming under urging near the quarter pole, angled out five wide into upper stretch, made no late headway. MAKE HASTE (GB) coaxed from the start, cut a swift pace along the inside under pressure from CLOE to the outside, had that rival advance and dueled just off the inside with that foe through the turn, spun just off the inside at the quarter pole in the midst of getting displaced from command, backed away and then got eased home through to the finish.
