Chart notes
APPREHEND reserved off the pace for the first half mile, rallied into the far turn from the inside to narrow the gap, cut the corner turning for home, angled five wide in upper stretch and closed with a strong rally to be going away late in the lane. ITSALLGOODMAN stalked the pacesetter to the far turn rallied three wide to take command turning for home, opened a clear lead in upper stretch and was outfinished late in a good effort as second best. GHOSTLY SPITFIRE unhurried early to be near the rear of the field, rallied leaving the quarter pole circling wide in the lane and showed good interest to be up for the show. RIVERSIDE tracked the leaders from three wide through the turn to be well placed in striking distance and lacked a closing bid. UNCHARACTERISTIC reserved off the pace in the back half of the field and passed weaker in the lane without impact. GABBYSONHOLIDAY passed tiring rivals. TICKET TO THE TOP set the pace through rapid fractions and tired in the lane having been used up. DRINKING AGAIN chased throughout posing no threat and faded in the lane. NEW TRACK RECORD
