Chart notes
BANGO'S HEAT saved ground while being reserved off the pace, slipped through entering the stretch, took the lead leaving the eighth pole and gradually drew clear. SORORITY PARTY vied with PINEAPPLE CRUISE for the lead from along the inside and finished well for second in a good effort. PRANCING MATILDA was forwardly placed while racing three-wide, came four-wide into the stretch and was along for thitd. PINEAPPLE CRUISE vied for the lead with SORORITY PARTY for the lead from along the inside, drifted out slightly entering the stretch and weakened. CANDIED JOULE saved ground while being allowed to settle and failed to seriously threaten. SETTLER'S COVE gave way after showing brief speed.
