PAXSATIONAL brushed the off side stall at the start putting the rider briefly off balance, chased along the inside for a short time before tipping out two to three wide settling just off the pace, came under coaxing near the quarter pole and angled five wide into upper stretch, dug in under a drive latching on the leader near the sixteenth marker and was up in the final jumps to prevail. AMUNDSON coaxed from the gate, raced four wide just off the duel up front, came under encouragement at the five-sixteenths, angled five then four wide into upper stretch taking over command straightened away, dug in under a drive inching away to the eighth pole, came under lone threat to the outside and was caught in the final jumps to the wire while clear of the rest. FITZPATRICK chased four to five paths off the inside down the backstretch and then three wide through the turn coming under urging at the five-sixteenths, angled out six wide into upper stretch, improved position to the finish. BIG GAIN had his blinkers swapped out at the gate for another pair when the original ones would not stay clasped, chased five paths off the inside down the backstretch and then two to three wide through the turn coaxed along from the three-eighths pole, angled five to six wide at the top of the stretch and passed tired rivals. SWIFTY DEVIL dueled from the two path with DOT'S DOLLAR to his outside, came under coaxing near the quarter pole and spun just off the inside into upper stretch, yielded the front straightened away and weakened in the late stages. DOT'S DOLLAR broke out at the start under hustling and bumped MEET ME AT MUNDIS twice before being corrected, dueled three wide with SWIFTY DEVIL to his inside coming under urging near the quarter pole, continued three wide for home, weakened in the stretch. MEET ME AT MUNDIS got bumped at the start twice by DOT'S DOLLAR breaking out, chased three to four paths off the inside down the backstretch before tucking inside into the turn, came under urging near the quarter pole and continued in the inside route into upper stretch, then weakened in the drive.
