Chart notes
YODDHA was away alertly at the start, contently let the frontrunner go on with it down the backside with a half mile remaining, moved in strongly outside through the turn to bid three wide turning for home, opened up at the furlong pole staying on the incorrect lead to the wire but it did not make any difference as he was geared down late when crossing the wire for the comfortable win. SIGNATURE SIR tracked the front pair while going three deep on the backstretch, settled on the outside while keeping a close eye on the lead twosome around the bend, shifted out three wide straightening out for home and finished up willingly down the lane to get up late to best the rest for the runners up share in the finish line. COME ON BIG LOU was hustled for the lead finally getting inside to the rail by the half mile marker, rolled along up top around the bend but by a diminishing margin by the quarter pole, had no answer when the winner swept past in upper stretch and faded slightly in the late running to be caught for second money. PIN BOY was void of early speed to see the field down the backstretch, advanced on the rail by midturn, began to reach for more ground by the quarter pole and while skimming the fence turning for home had a good late charge at the furlong marker to get up for a minor role in the end. RINGINTHEHOLIDAY had the rail position in midfield in the early stages, watched the lead pair while in the second flight on the fence but was under a drive unable to gain to the front two through the turn and while in the two path inside horses down the stretch weakened between rivals by the sixteenth pole. BLACK THUNDER stalked inside another in the early going, was taken a hold of for a stride or two losing momentum at the three eighths pole making little impact through the turn, angled to the four path at the top of the lane but failed to menace in the stretch drive. DOYOUHAVEANIDEA stalked three deep on the outside having only one rival beaten along the backside, continued a three wide journey making no improvement around the bend and had little to show in the stretch running.
