HE'S A MESS unhurried early to be the trailer, closed the margin into the far turn while rallying along the fence, saved ground through the turn cutting the corner turning for home, steadied momentarily in upper stretch while in tight against the rail lacking room, charged through the opening when clear and caught the leader late in the drive to prevail in a well handled ride. TWILIGHT DANCER stalked the pace from a clear pocket down the backstretch, rallied to contention nearing the quarter pole, took command turning for home and was caught in the final strides in a good effort. JOHN DUTTON set the pace under constant pressure through well rated fractions, responded well when called upon nearing the quarter pole, dug-in turning for home drifting in briefly to put HE'S A MESS in tight quarters in upper stretch, straightened away and finished well while unable to match the top pair. EXTRASEXYBIGDADDEE tracked the leaders from afar down the backside, closed the gap in the lane with a mild non-threatening bid. HEAVY POUR pressed the pace from two wide to the far turn, rallied to engage the leader nearing the quarter pole and stopped turning for home having bled.
